About Kecia Helene Gerlach, M.D.
I became an OB-GYN because I truly love caring for people through every stage of life. It is an honor to be able to help a patient through their first gynecological visit, caring for them during pregnancy and childbirth, or supporting them through menopause and beyond. I value and treasure the long-term relationships that develop over the years as my patients’ lives and healthcare needs evolve. Practicing in New York City has given me the opportunity to care for people from incredibly diverse backgrounds. I am committed to providing care with kindness, empathy, and dedication to excellence.
Dr Kecia Gerlach has been a practicing OB-GYN in her favorite city of New York for over 20 years. She did her undergrad education in La Jolla California at University of California San Diego. She then moved East for Medical School at Joan C Edwards School of Medicine in Huntington, WV. After completing her residency in OBGYN at New York Downtown Hospital in 2006, she has been proudly serving her community in Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn as a board certified generalist.
